摘要
在模拟盐碱(pH=8.0,0.2%NaCl)条件下,用一定浓度范围的锰超氧化物歧化酶模拟物(Mn-SODmimics),聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)(poly-aspartic manganese(Ⅱ))对紫苏(Perilla frutescens)进行浸种和幼苗叶面喷施处理;叶面喷施7 d,采样测量叶宽、叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)酶活及丙二醛(MDA)含量,重复喷施及采样测量3个周期(仅第一周期测定叶宽)。结果表明:在盐胁迫条件下,经0.1 mg/L聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)浸种组紫苏发芽率是未浸种组的5.33倍;浸种及叶面喷施使紫苏叶片宽度、SOD和CAT酶活均有增高,12.5 mg/L为最佳喷施浓度;随聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)喷施浓度增加,MDA含量降低。在试验条件下用聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)模拟物浸种和叶面喷施能有效提高紫苏种子发芽率和幼苗期紫苏抵抗盐害的能力。
Under the simulated salinity condition(pH=8.0,0.2% NaCl),poly-aspartic manganese(II),a Mn-SOD mimics(Mn-SOD) at some concentrations,were used to presoak Perilla frutescens seeds and to spray seedling leaves.On the seventh day,the width of the leaves,SOD and CAT activities,and MDA amount of Perilla frutescens were measured.Results showed that under salt-stressing condition,the sprouting percentage of the seeds presoaked by 0.1 mg/L poly-aspartic manganese(Ⅱ) was 5.33 times of unpresoaked ones.Presoaking activities helped to enlarge the width of the leaves,to raise SOD and CAT activities,and MDA amount.12.5 m g/L was the best spraying density.With the raising of poly-aspartic manganese(Ⅱ) amount,the MDA amount decreased.Under the experiment condition,poly-aspartic manganese(Ⅱ) mimics presoaking and leaf spraying could efficiently increase the sprouting percentage of Perilla frutescens and can raise their anti-salt-stressing ability during seedling period.
