还原型谷光甘肽加丹参对顺铂化疗肾毒性的保护 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽与丹参联合用药对应用大剂量顺铂为主的联合化疗后引起肾毒性损伤的预防保护作用。方法收集我院2007年12月至2010年12月160例大剂量顺铂为主的联合化疗患者,随机分为标准治疗对照组,还原型谷胱甘肽组,丹参酮组,联合治疗组,并对治疗后的血肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、内生肌酐清除率指标进行检测。结果经治疗后,还原型谷胱甘肽组和丹参酮组有所改善(P〈O.05),联合用药组的四个指标改善明显(P(0.01)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽和丹参单独应用均能预防顺铂化疗后引起的肾毒性,两药联合用药比单药效果要好。 Objective To estimate the clinical effects of reduced glutathione and salvia miltiorrhiza combination therapy on the preventive effect of renal toxicity of high dose cisplatin combination chemotherapy. Methods Collected of 160 cases with High-dose cis- platin-based chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2007 to December 2010. The cases were randomly divided into control group with standard treatment,reduced glutathione group, salvia mihiorrhiza greup,combination group,and detected of four targets of serum ereatinine, urea nitrogen, uric acid, creatinine clearance rate after treatment. Results After treatment,there have improvement/n four in- dicators of the reduced glutathione group and salvia mihiorrhiza group (P〈0.05),improved significantly in four indicators of combined group (P〈0.01).Conclusion The significant effects of reduced glutathione and salvia miltiorrhiza combination therapy on the preventive effect of renal toxicity of high dose cisplatin combination chemotherapy. The effects of combined with Two drugs better than single medincine.
