摘要
为了实现高度自动化的喷管性能测试,开发了喷管性能测试系统。提出了测控系统的结构框架,确定了系统基本功能,运用面向对象的设计方法优化了代码结构,提高了系统的维护性和复用性。它可以监测不同背压下喷管截面压力在不同位移处的变化情况和流量随着背压的变化情况。对实验数据进行了分析。运行结果表明,系统性能稳定、可靠、自动化程度高,各项测试性能指标达到了设计要求,实用性强。
In order to test and analysis the performance of nozzle with a high level of automation,a testing system is designed and developed. According to the requirement, the framework of the system was proposed. The basic functions of the system were determined. The class structure was optimized by using the method of object-oriented. And it improved the code maintainability and reusability. It can monitor different back pressure in the nozzle section of the pressure changes at different displacement and flow with back pressure changes. Finally, the results of the experimental were carried out. And the actual results show that the system performance is stable, reliable and meet the requirements. It turn out to be have a certain value.
