摘要
为了研究猪O型口蹄疫(FMD)、猪瘟(HC)、高致病性猪蓝耳病(PRRS)疫苗不同组合的免疫效果,在黔东南州3个养殖场各选择35日龄仔猪120头,每个场分成6个实验组,每组20头,在免疫后的21、28、35、42、49、56、63 d采血检测抗体,FMD、HC用正向间接血凝试验检测,PRRS用间接ELISA检测。结果表明:同一场内不同试验组的FMD、HC、PRRS抗体变化规律相似,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);疫苗单独免疫与两两组合同时分点注射,免疫效果一致。
In order to study the efficacy of immunity of vaccines of FMDV type O,HC and PRRS in different combination.120 piglets of the age of 35 days were selected in Hongda farm,Wanfu farm and Xingwang farm of Qian Dongnan prefecture respectively.It were divided into 6 groups in each farm,there were 20 piglets in a group.The antibodies of serum were detected on day 21,28,35,42,49,56,63 after immunity.The antibodies of FMDV type O,HC were detected by using indirect hemagglutination assay（IHA）,The antibody of PRRS was detected by using indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.The result indicate that the laws of change of antibodies of FMD type O（HC,PRRS） were similar in the different study groups of a same farm,no significant difference between the groups（P〉0.05）.The efficacy of immunity were same of a vaccine immune and two kinds of vaccines were injected in different places at the same time.
