摘要
为选择合理的闸板式常开电爆阀的结构方案,采用LS-DYNA分析软件对闸板式常开电爆阀的密封过程进行了数值仿真,得到了不同设计结构下密封零件配合时的时间、应力曲线及运动过程图。参考仿真结果选择了常开电爆阀密封结构的设计方案,并在最终的试制生产中取得了成功。
The sealing process of a flashboard-type normally open pyro-valve is simulated with LS-DYNA software in order to select a suitable structure for it.Both of the relationship between stress curve and time as well as the moving process figure during the matching period of seal parts are gained from different structures.According to the simulation,the seal configuration of the flashboard-type normally open pyro-valve is selected.It is proved to be successful in prototype manufacture.
