摘要
本文应用分光光度法,经苯酚-硫酸显色,于490nm处,对中药吴莱萸中多糖的含量进行了测定。多糖含量为(24.41±0.59)%(a=0、05),平均回收率为98.8％。
Polysaccharide content in a kind of tradition Chinse medicine fnictus evodiae was determined by spectrophotometry at 490nm,with phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid as the color developer.The conten of polysaccha-ride in the fructus evodiae is(24.41±0.59)%)α=0.05),the average rate of recovery is 98.8%.
