摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定柠檬黄(E 102)、苋菜红(E 123)、靛蓝(E 132)、胭脂红(E 124)、亮黑(E151)、日落黄(E 110)、诱惑红(E 129)、红2G(E 128)、偶氮玉红(E 122)、绿S(E142)、亮蓝(E 133)、专利蓝V(E 131)、赤藓红(E 127)、酸性橙Ⅰ、酸性橙Ⅱ、酸性黄36、酸性红26、酸性红52这18种水溶性合成着色剂的方法。方法:样品中着色剂经超声提取、过滤,注入配有二极管阵列检测器的液相色谱进行分离测定,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18(250×4.6 mm),流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol/L乙酸铵溶液,梯度洗脱,DAD监测波长为250 nm^630 nm。结果:18种着色剂定量限在2.0 mg/L^10.8mg/L之间;各色素的平均回收率在80%~105%范围内;线性范围为10 mg/L^200 mg/L,各个着色剂峰面积与浓度线性关系较好,相关系数在0.981~0.999之间。结论:该方法前处理简便快速,特别适合于基质成分较为简单的样品中多种着色剂的同时测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 18 water-soluble synthetic pigments including E 102,E 123,E 132,E 124,E 151,E 110,E 129,E 128、E 122,E142,E 133,E 131,E 127,Acid Orange I,Acid orange Ⅱ,Acid yellow 36,Acid red 26,Acid red 52 in food by RP-HPLC.Methods: Samples were ultrasonically extracted and filtered,then the sample solutions were injected into HPLC with DAD detection.The column was Diamonsil-C18(250×4.6 mm) and mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate with gradient elution.The wavelengths for detection were from 250 nm to 630 nm.Results: The limits of quantification were 2 mg/L^10 mg/L,the average recoveries were 80%~105%,and there were good linearity between peak area and concentration from 10 mg/L to 200 mg/L.Conclution: The method is easy and quick and which could detect these 18 synthetic pigments simultaneously in uncomplicated foods.
