混合型痴呆的临床进展 被引量：4

摘要 在痴呆的研究中，阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer＇s Disease，AD）合并脑血管疾病（eerebravascular disease，CVD），或称为混合型痴呆（mixed dementia，MD），越来越受到重视。神经退行性变与脑血管性病理改变在MD中同时存在。这两种病理改变既可单独导致痴呆的发生，也可以相互作用，影响痴呆的进程；
