摘要
研究了以纳米材料CeO_2作为分散微粒的化学复合镀Ni-P-CeO_2复合镀层制备工艺,研究分析了镀层的表面形貌,对镀层的耐腐蚀性能进行了试验,结果表明:控制温度在88~95℃,CeO_2添加量为5~15g/L.在适量稳定剂和表面活性剂共存的条件下,采用间歇搅拌方式能够镀覆表面质量良好的Ni-P-CeO_2复合镀层。镀层表面光洁度高,耐10%NaCl溶液和1%H_2S气体腐蚀能力较强。
This paper presents the preparing and corrosion resistance researching of the electroless composite coating Ni-
P-CeO2 with nanomaterial CeO2 as a dispersed particles. The results explain that the Ni-P-CeO2 composite coating
of outstanding appearance and stronger corrosion resistance have been formed by adding 5~15g/L nanomaterial
CeO2,proper stabilizer and surfactant and stirring intermitently at the temperature of 88~95℃.
