摘要
2010年10月1日我国修订的《保密法》正式实施,新法的相关规定对涉密档案工作提出了新的要求。文章以保守秘密与信息公开为契合点,从五个方面谈新《保密法》中定密、解密、新技术、涉密人员等相关规定对涉密档案工作的影响。
The revised Privacy Act was officially implemented on October 1, 2010, and its relevant provi- sions proposed some new requirements to confidential archives work. Based on the combining point of keeping secrets and information disclosure, this article briefly discusses the influence of the new Privacy Act to the confidential archives work in following four parts： secret-level setting, deeryption, new technology and confidential staff, etc.
