摘要
结直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,其转移是结直肠癌患者死亡的主要原因。结直肠癌转移机制尚未完全阐明,目前研究表明,转移过程涉及多个相关基因的变化。文中就结直肠癌转移过程中癌基因C—myc、Ras、Her一2,抑癌基因p53、结肠癌中缺失基因(deletedincolorectalcarcinoma,DDC)、第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶和张力蛋白同源物基因(phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome 10, PTEN)、肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23以及其他编码基因,如CD44、基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloprofeinases,MMPs)、黏蛋白(mucins,MUC)的研究现状作一综述。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most commonly seen malignant neoplasms in digestive tract. Most patients with coloreetal cancer died of metastasis. The details of the metastasis-associated mechanisms are not elucidated completely. Recently, many genes that are involved in this course were detected. In this paper, the latest advances in those metastasis-associated genes and coding genes including C-myc, Ras, Her-2,p53, deleted in eolorectal cancer gene ( DDC), phosphatase and tensin homologue ( PTEN), nm23 and other code genes, such as CD44, matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and mucins will be reviewed.
