摘要
光栅式测微仪作为一种一维的精密测量设备,具有精度较高、价格低廉的特点,因而在各加工测试领域使用广泛。本文介绍基于测微仪而设计的一套专门的组合夹具,安装在测微仪上,实现各类小盲孔深度尺寸的快速测量,从而提升测试技术,提高检测效率。
To be a precision measure equipment,the grating micrometers filling at the price is using abroad in the field of all the process and test. It is introduced about a set of clamp based on grating micrometers. This special clamp can complete the short- cut measure for dimension of small blind hole and improve the measur techique and effciency.
