摘要
针对郑西客运专线渭河特大桥的简支箱梁桥施工过程中出现的工期紧张的问题,提出利用膺架法结合节段拼装技术进行大跨度简支箱梁的施工。结合工程实践,介绍了膺架的构造,简述了膺架法结合节段拼装技术架设箱梁的施工流程与技术要点。实践表明,膺架法具有施工速度快、可操作性强、经济和安全等优点,可为同类桥梁工程提供参考。
Aimed at the problem that the construction period was short for the construction of simply-supported box girder of Weihe Grand Bridge on Zhengxi Passenger Dedicated Line, the scaffolding method was proposed to carry out the construction in combination with segmental construction technique. The structure of scaf-fold was introduced; the construction process and technical key points were sketched. The practice shows that the scaffolding method has advantages of quick construction, high operability, economic and safe, and it can provide reference for similar projects.
