摘要
探地雷达(ground-penetrating radar,GPR)是一种广泛地应用于地下工程检测的新技术,许多大学都开设了GPR的基础理论和方法技术的教学课程。如何让学生在有限的时间里很好地了解其工作原理和应用效果,需要从仪器的选型、教学模型的制作等方面进行设计。介绍了英国Utsi Electronics公司的Groundv-ue 3探地雷达,通过以1 GHz天线开展的室内模型实验,有效地展示了其工程检测效果,通过以400 MHz天线开展的室外场地实验,有效地介绍了其探测能力。2种天线在2个场合下的实验教学,对学生完整地理解GPR技术效果十分显著。
The ground-penetrating radar(GPR) is a new kind of technique used widely in engineering detection.Many institutes set up the course about the principle and application of GPR.It is necessary to make a comprehensive design for the sake of students' entire understanding of GPR quickly.This paper deals with Groundvue 3,a kind of ground-penetrating radar introduced from Utsi Electronics Corporation in the United Kingdom.Experiment teaching of the indoor model with the antenna frequency 1 GHz shows adequately the detection ability of GPR,and experiment teaching outdoor ground with the antenna frequency 400 MHz brings forth the exploration potential.The compositive experiments of the indoor model with 1 GHz antenna and outdoor ground with 400 MHz antenna bring a wonderful teaching effect.
