摘要
开关网络平均模型法广泛地应用于理想DC-DC变换器的建模,文章将其应用于连续导电模式下的非理想Boost变换器,并应用能量守恒原理和映射原则,将开关元件的寄生参数等效到电感支路中。用此方法,可以更便利地得到变换器的低频等效电路模型,用于变换器的直流特性和交流特性的分析,仿真结果证明了该建模方法的正确性。
The average switching-network model is usually applied to modeling ideal DC-DC converter.In this paper,it is used to model non-ideal Boost converter in continuous conduction mode(CCM) operation.The principle of energy conservation and the rule of reflection are also used to calculate the parasitic parameter of switch elements.By this method,it is more convenient to obtain the converter's equivalent circuit model at low frequency so as to analyze its direct-current and alternating current characteristics.The simulation results show that the modeling method is correct.
