摘要
介绍了目前液压系统中广泛采用的合流技术,理论分析了现在应用最广的外啮合渐开线齿轮泵的流量脉动。通过Autom ation Stud io对某型地下铲运机液压系统的转向液压系统和工作液压系统的合流分析,提出了液压系统合流技术可以降低液压系统流量脉动,提高液压系统工作机构的速度稳定性,降低系统噪声,提高工作机构效率。文章还分析了合流技术设计与装配的基本要求。最后总结了液压系统合流技术的应用及优点。
This paper introduces the confluence technology widely adopted in hydraulic system at present,and theoretically analyzes the flow pulsation of the most widely applied external jogged involute gear pump nowadays.The confluence technology of hydraulic system can decrease the flow pulsation of hydraulic system,enhance its working mechanism's speed stability and efficiency,and reduce its noise,which are proposed in this paper,by analyzing the confluence of steering hydraulic system and working hydraulic system of a certain underground load haul dumper's hydraulic system based on Automation Studio.The basic demands for design and assembling of confluence technology are analyzed,too.At the end of this article,the application and advantages of confluence technology of hydraulic system are summarized.
