摘要
结合祖国医学基础理论,探讨糖尿病微血管病变基本病机,认为肾虚血瘀为糖尿病微血管病变的病理基础,补肾活血法为该病治疗之本,当贯穿于糖尿病微血管病变治疗过程的始终,临床灵活辨证施治,可取得明显疗效。
