药物洗脱支架术后的抗血小板治疗进展 被引量：2

摘要 目的:总结药物洗脱支架术后抗血小板治疗方案及处置要点,改善急性冠脉综合征患者的长期预后。方法:就国外医学界在药物洗脱支架术后抗血小板治疗领域近年的进展作一综述。结果与结论:植入药物洗脱支架或裸金属支架的急性冠脉综合征患者,术后预防的核心是长期、稳定地控制可能发生的心肌缺血事件并最大程度减少出血危险。经典防治方案是采用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的双联抗血小板治疗。过早停药可带来严重后果,确保治疗依从性是医师和患者的共同责任。一些新型药物具有更迅速、均衡和有效的血小板抑制效果,有明显的治疗优势。
