摘要
                
                    针对选粉机主轴轴承运行状态监测难即测温元件易损坏的问题,根据选粉机的结构特点,利用端面热电阻WZPM-201(分度号PT100)开发了适用于选粉机的轴承温度检测装置。采用内嵌铜套安置测温元件,外配测温管护管等措施,提高了检测装置的精度、抗干扰性能和测温元件的使用寿命。试验表明,配备该检测装置的选粉机可以实时、在线监测轴承的工作温度,实现温度超标时自动预警或启动液压冷却系统,确保安全生产,提高生产效率。
                
                A new bearing temperature detecting device for air classifier based on structure characteristics of air classifier and end thermal resistor wzpm-20l (graduation mark PT100) was developed to solve the difficulty of air classifter spindle bearing condition monitor where the temperature element is easyily damaged. With special designs, suehag embedding copper sleeve to place temperature element, equipping external protection tube for temperature tube and so on the accuracy of the detecting device, anti-jamming performance and temperature element llfe are improved. The test showed that the air classifier with detecting device can achieve not anly the real time and on-line monitoring bearing temperature, but also the automatic warning or starting hydraulic cooling system when the temperature exceeded to ensure safety and efficiency in production.
