摘要
在一个生产商和两个互相竞争的零售商组成的闭环供应链中,比较了两种不同的回收策略——奖金策略:回收时向零售商支付回收奖金;押金策略:销售时向消费者征收押金,并在消费者退还旧件时返还押金。构造了两个分散决策的闭环供应链模型:(i)DF(Decentralized Fee Model)模型——生产商通过零售商收集旧件,并为每一个旧件支付一定的奖金;(ii)DD(Decentralized Deposit Model)模型——生产商通过零售商向消费者征收额外的押金,消费者只有退还旧件,才能拿回押金。除此以外,还构建了两个中心决策的闭环供应链模型:(iii)CF(Centralized Fee Model)模型;(iv)CD(Centralized Deposit Model)模型与其进行对比,发现奖金制在中心决策下效率更优,而押金制在分散决策下效率更优。
This paper compares two different returning strategies in a reverse channel with two competing retailers and one manufacturer: either paying returning reward to retailers or charging deposit for customers.We formulate and analyze two decentralized closed-loop supply chain models:(i) Model DF,in which the manufacturer collects used products from the retailers and pays a fixed fee for each returned product;and(ii) Model DD,in which the manufacturer charges customers for an additional deposit via the retailers.Customers can only get their deposit back by returning the used product.We also compared decentralized model with centralized model and found out that different take-back strategy should be taken under different situation.
