摘要
火电厂辅机故障减负荷(runback,RB)和快速减负荷(fastcutback,FCB)功能是大型机组不可缺少的重要安全保障。文章通过对宁海电厂1000MW机组RB、FCB功能控制需求的分析,在研究磨煤机的跳闸次序和间隔对控制品质影响的基础上,进行了全工况自动RB及FCB控制策略的设计;并通过常规的实际试验和国内首次凝结水泵的RB试验,验证了RB、FCB逻辑功能设计的完善性。运行证明,RB、FCB功能满足机组运行需求,对降低非计划停运次率、保障机组安全运行、减轻运行控制操作风险、确保超超临界塔式锅炉水冷壁安全及防止氧化皮的生成和剥落等都有明显的作用。
RB(run back)and FCB(fast cut back)are indispensable guarantees to large-capacity units in coal-fired power plant.Through a detail functional analysis,the trip sequence and alternation time of mill are considered in the function design of robust RB and FCB.Meanwhile,the perfection of logic function design of RB and FCB is verified through conventional tests and the RB test of condensate pump conducted for the first time in China.It is proved through operation that the function of RB and FCB can satisfy the operational requirements of units and can play an important role in reducing the main fuel trip times,guaranteeing the safe operation of units,mitigating the risk of mal-manipulation,ensuring the safety of tower-type water wall and preventing oxide formation and spalling.
