摘要
采用力矩电机驱动的双摆头为近年来重要的发展趋势,其应用提高了双摆头的动态性能、定位精度及刚性。文中针对力矩电机驱动的双摆头结构中的冷却、并联驱动、制动等关键技术提出了解决方法,并在实际应用中获得了良好的效果。
The milling head with double rotary-swivel axes driven directly by torque motor is an ideal solution to realize high dynamic characteristic,positioning accuracy and stiffness.The resolution scheme for cooling,parallel operation and braking system of torque motor application is put forward in this paper,the validity of which is also proven in real practice.
