摘要
为了准确测验出航空导管无扩口连接处的旋转弯曲疲劳寿命,基于航空部有关标准,在参考目前国内外其他类型旋转弯曲疲劳试验机的基础上,设计了一套包含同步带传动机构、主轴机构、挠度调节机构、尾座管端固定机构及计数机构在内完整的一套设备系统。该设备能同时对带内压的六根航空无扩口连接导管进行不同挠度值的旋转弯曲疲劳试验,大大增大了试验效率,为国内同类产品的设计起到了一个引领作用。
In order to test the fatigue life of the no flaring aviation conduit connection,basing on the related standards of aviation ministry and other types of rotary bending fatigue machines home and abroad,the paper has designed a set of integrated equipment system,which includes synchronous belt transmission mechanism,spindle mechanism,the deflection adjusting mechanism,fixed mechanism of conduit end and the counting mechanism.This device can carry out the rotary bending fatigue test for six no flaring aviation conduit joints with different deflection value at one time,the test efficiency has been greatly increased,it has played a leading role for the design of similar products in domestic.
