摘要
通过对当前中小企业应用的财会软件与电子报税程序进行综合分析对比,在对相应数据进行分析与整理基础上,通过程序实现用户与税务部门数据衔接工作的接口功能,使得企业财务人员减小工作量的同时也提高工作效率,以利信会计软件和中鲁报税系统之间的接口为例,实现了财务软件到自动报税的外接软件数据接口。
This paper provides a method and an analysing of data exchanges from the accounting software to e_filing software.In China,the data structure of the accounting software in use are various,so is the development platform.Since there is not a standard of data interface,programming becomes necessary.The method and programming gives an example of data exchanging.It can save accountants＇ time and improve accuracy in data exchanging.The example is based on Lexsen Software and Zhonglu e_filing system.
