摘要
目的观察安体舒通联合麝香保心丸治疗顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法将108例符合顽固性高血压诊断标准的病人随机分为两组,两组均服用氨氯地平片与厄贝沙坦片,对照组加服双氢克尿噻片,治疗组加服安体舒通片与麝香保心丸,两组疗程均为8周。观察两组治疗前后血压、血脂、血糖、电解质变化及不良反应。结果两组收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),但治疗组下降程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均有不同程度下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平上升,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组有效率为85.5%,优于对照组的64.2%(P<0.05)。结论安体舒通联合麝香保心丸治疗顽固性高血压安全有效,并对血脂有调节作用。
Objective To observed the effects of antisterone combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill for treatment of refractory hypertension.Methods One hundred and eight patients（pts） with refractory hypertension were divided randomly into two groups：Control group was treated with dihydrochlorothiazid,and treatment group treated with antisterone and Shexiang Baoxin pill.All pts were treated with amlodipine benzenesulfonate and irbesartan.The blood pressures,blood lipids,blood glucose,electrolyte and adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment.Results The levels of systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） in two groups were obviously decreased following treatment（P0.01）.The levels of SBP and DBP in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P0.01）.The levels of triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） were decreased in different degree,while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） were increased（P0.05 or P0.01）.The total effective rate was 85.5% in treatment group,which was superior to control group（64.2%,P0.05）.Conclusion Antisterone combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill was safe and effective for treatment of refractory hypertension.
