摘要
文章主要对丢糟进行萃取和蒸馏,采用不同酒精度和温度进行了试验,以确定最佳萃取条件。经实验表明萃取法检测丢糟中微量香气成分的最佳工艺条件为:30℃的温度下用60%的酒精溶液为萃取剂进行萃取。
The paper mainly to distiller's grain for extraction and distillation, adopting different alcohol and temperature were discussed. The results showed that: the extraction of trace detection distiller's grain aroma components of optimum conditions: with 60 % ethanol solution as extraction solvent, measured at 30 temperatures taken.
