摘要
根据心音信号自身的特点,结合经验模式分解,提出了一种从心音信号中提取医学指标的方法。对心音信号进行预处理,然后对预处理后的信号采用黄变换,获取各阶固有模态函数(IMFs),从中选取第一和第二阶IMF进行希尔伯特变换,得到心音的包络。利用双阈值法,并给出具体的阈值,实现了对第一心音(S1)和第二心音(S2)的定位,从心音信号中获取了心率S1和S2的幅值比(S1/S2)以及舒张期和收缩期的时限比(D/S),为临床上评估心脏储备提供了便利。
A method for medical parameters extraction from heart sounds is proposed based on the intrinsic property of heart sounds and empirical mode decomposition.The original signal is pre-processed,then Huang transform is applied to the pre-processed signal.Kinds of order of Intrinsic Mode Functions(IMFs) are acquired from Huang transform.The envelop of heart sounds is extracted from the Hilbert transform of first and second order of the IMFs.The location of the first and second heart sound is identified by explicit double threshold.In addition,heart rate,the amplitude ratio of the first and second heart sound(S1/S2)and the duration ratio of the diastolic and systolic(D/S)are detected which benefit the evaluation of cardiac reserve in clinics.
