摘要
目的:探讨输尿管阴道瘘的病因,治疗方法与时机。方法:分析9例妇产科术后输尿管阴道瘘患者的临床表现,治疗措施及效果。结果:全部患者术前诊断明确,手术成功,随访2月～6年,效果满意。结论:病人身体条件允许情况下,主张早期修复输尿管阴道瘘。
Objective：To explore the pathogenesis,and management of ureterovaginal fistula.Methods：The clinical features,management and consequences of 9 cases of ureterovaginal fistula after gynecological operation were analyzed.Results：All patients obtained correct diagnosis and operation.Satisfactory therapeutic efficacy was achieved after follow-up of 2 months to 6 years.Conclusion：Patients with ureterovaginal fistula should receive remedy as early as possible if the physical condition is allowed.
