摘要
目的评价血必净联合胸腺肽α1对烧伤脓毒症患者的治疗作用。方法将112例脓毒症患者随机分成4组:血必净组、胸腺肽α1组、血必净加胸腺肽α1组、对照组。治疗前、后抽取静脉血测定脂多糖(LPS)、TNF-α,并观察心率、白细胞计数等指标变化。结果血必净加胸腺肽α1组各项指标下降幅度均大于其余3组(P<0.05)。结论血必净联合胸腺肽α1能明显减轻全身炎性反应,促进免疫功能的恢复,显著改善病情。
Objective To evaluate the medical effect of Xuebijing combined with thymosin α1in burn sepsis patients.Methods 112 patients were randomly divided into four groups：control group,Xuebijing group thymosin α1 group,Xuebijing combined with thymosin α1 group.Before and after the treatment,venous blood collected to the determination of LPS,TNF-α,and observe the change of heart rate,white blood cell count,neutrophils.Results The descending degree of all factors of patients in Xuebijing combined with thymosin α1 group were greater than the other groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Xuebijing combined with thymosin α1 could significantly reduce the systemic inflammatory response,promoting immune function recovery,and thus improve the condition of burned patients with sepsis.
