摘要
介绍了一种由轮胎电容阻抗和声表面波谐振器(SAWR)组成的轮胎压力传感器,该传感器利用轮胎内部钢丝层的不同钢丝与钢丝间的橡胶组成的电容阻抗进行轮胎压力的测量,轮胎压力的变化会引起轮胎电容阻抗的变化,轮胎电容阻抗的变化通过声表面波谐振器转化为频率变化无线发射出去,从而实现轮胎压力的无源无线测量。根据理论分析设计了该传感器的实验系统并进行实验测试研究,实验测试结果表明,设计的传感器具有较高的测量精度。因此,该文提出的传感器设计方案可行。
A tire pressure sensing system taking tire capacitor impedance and SAWR as sensor was introduced in this paper.Since the change of the tire pressure could cause corresponding change of the impedance of tire inner wire and rubber constitution,the variation of impedance could be regard as an attribute quantity of the tire pressure,and could be transformed into radio frequency signal under the function of matching network and SAWR.Wireless measurement of tire pressure could be realized by measure the frequency of the signal.Experimental setup was built based on this theoretic analysis,and result showed the designed system was with high measuring accuracy,verifying the feasibility of this system.
