摘要
液压伺服系统PID控制中因测量和观测引入的噪声信号,会严重影响PID的控制品质,针对这个问题提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波的PID调节技术。通过卡尔曼滤波对系统状态的估计,实现对测量噪声信号和观测噪声信号的抑制,从而改善系统的性能。在MATLAB中对所设计的控制器进行动态仿真,仿真结果表明:带有卡尔曼滤波器的PID调节技术能够有效地对系统中存在的噪声信号进行滤波,从而提高了系统的工作性能。
The noise signal caused by measurement and observation servlousty anecteo me controt quality in P1D control of hydraulic servo-system. A PID regulation technology was proposed which was based on Kalman filter. The system state was estimated by the Kalman filter so that the measurement and observation noise signal .was inhibited thus resulting in the system performance improved. The designed controller was dynamically simulated in MATLAB. The results showed that the noise signal existed in the system was effectively filtered by PID regulation technology with Kalman filter so that the system performance was improved.
