摘要
进行了基于Pro/E液压支架梁的设计及仿真分析。Pro/E软件是目前国内外最为先进的基于特征的三维参数化设计系统之一,系统地介绍了利用Pro/E软件实现液压支架三维实体造型与运动仿真分析的基本方法和技巧。成果反映了液压支架梁的三维模型、结构强度和运动仿真分析的情况。
By the situation of the level of hydraulic support for the production of coal mine safety in China and the importance of technological. Based on Pro/E hydraulic support beam's design and simulation analysis have been done. Pro/E software is the most advanced domestic and foreign feature- based 3D parametric design systems in the world. Systematically introduced the basic methods and skills of the use of Pro/E software hydraulic support 3D solid modeling and simulation. Main results: reflect the hydraulic supporting beam three-dimensional model, the situation of structural strength and motion simulation analysis.
