中学生考试焦虑与睡眠质量的关系分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨中学生考试焦虑与睡眠质量的关系。方法采用分层随机抽样,使用考试焦虑量表(TAI)和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)对福州地区609名初高中学生进行测查。结果中学生睡眠障碍检出率为15.9%;考试焦虑与睡眠质量得分存在性别与年级差异,高三年级的考试焦虑与睡眠质量得分最高;考试焦虑与PSQI总分、睡眠时间及日间功能障碍等因子有显著相关(r=0.14,P<0.01;r=0.14,P<0.01;r=0.14,P<0.01),且有正向预测作用(β=0.14,P<0.01;β=0.14,P<0.01;β=0.14,P<0.01)。结论考试焦虑对中学生睡眠质量有显著预测作用。 Objective To explore the correlation of test anxiety and sleep quality in middle school students. Methods Using stratified random sampling method, 609 middle school students in Fuzhou were assessed with Liebert test anxiety inventory (TAI) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). Results 97 (15.9%) middle school students had sleep disorder. There were significant differences in scores of test anxiety and sleep quality between different sex or different grades. Third graders in senior high school got the highest average score of test anxiety and sleep quality. Test anxiety was significantly related with PSQI score, sleep duration, daytime dysfunction (r = 0. 14 ,P 〈0. 01 ;r = 0. 14 ,P 〈0. 01 ;r =0. 14 ,P 〈0.01 ,respectively). Test anxiety showed a effect of positive prediction over the above three items (β = 0. 14, P 〈 0.01, for each). Conclusion Test anxiety can predict the sleep quality of middle school students.
