摘要
研究了扩散制造工艺知识建模方法,提出了动态工艺知识网格模型,并采用基于XML的制造知识描述语言进行形式化表述。然后,研究了工艺路线知识网格编码,提出了工序柔性编码方案和工艺路线编码方案。最后,研究了工艺路线知识网格的聚类和重用技术,重点对典型工艺路线实例挖掘、准典型工艺实例评估、基于实例推理的检索、基于典型工艺实例智能修订的工艺设计等关键技术进行了深入探讨。
We studied the proliferative manufacture process knowledge modeling method.An active process knowledge grid architecture(APKGA) is proposed to model the process knowledge,and an XML based language named manufacture knowledge markup language(MKML) is utilized to describe the model.Then,the process route knowledge grid coding method is studied.A process flexible coding method and a process route coding method are proposed.After that,the clustering and reuse of the process knowledge grid is studied.Finally,we discussed in detail the key technologies,including typical process route instance digging,quasi-typical process instance evaluation,data searching based on instance reasoning,and process design based on typical process instance intellectual revision.
