本消毒剂为片剂或粉剂,在酸性溶液中可产生二氧化氯。其含10mg/L二氧化氯溶液对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,250mg/L者对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用10min,杀灭率均为100%;其100mg/L二氧化氯作用10min,可破坏HBsAg抗原性。密封后置于56℃,2周,二氧化氯下降率≤845%。
The acidic solution of non-adsorbed type stable solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant (tablet or powder) shows obvious characteristic absorption peak of chlorine dioxide on infrared and utraviolet spectrograms. In suspension test, the killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to its solution containing chlorine dioxide 10 mg/L for 5 min, and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores exposed to its solution containing chlorine dioxide 250 mg/L for 10 min were all 100%. Its solution containing chlorine dioxide 100 mg/L with a 10 minute contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity. After storing under air-tight condition at 56 for 2 weeks, the chlorine dioxide content decreased by 845%. Its aqueous solution containing chlorine dioxide 500 mg/L has slight corrosive effect on stainless steel, carbon steel and copper and moderate corrosive effect on aluminum. Toxicity test indicated that it belongs to actually nontoxic substances.
