摘要
创业型中小企业如何根据自有资源,制定正确战略计划,实行战略管理,是值得全社会共同关注的问题。创业型中小企业的战略由这样一些决策共同构成:确定或反映创业型中小企业目标的决策;规定业务或服务范围的决策;确定创业型中小企业将要成为何种经济组织的决策;创业型中小企业为其员工、顾客和社会所作的经济贡献的决策。本文就创业型中小企业战略计划的制定、实施战略管理的原则、选择模式及注意事项等进行了探讨。
How pioneering medium small enterprises formulate the right strategic plan and implement strategic management based on their own resources deserves the concerns of the whole society.The strategies of pioneering medium small enterprises consist of a number of decisions,including the decisions determining or reflecting the target,regulating the scope of business or service,determining what kind of economic organizations they want to be,and regarding the economic contributions for their employees,customers and communities conducted by medium small Enterprises.This article discusses the formulation of strategic plans,the principles of strategic management implementation,and model selections and precautions of pioneering medium small enterprises.
