摘要
目的应用人重组白细胞介素Ⅱ（ｒｈＩＬ２）配合常规药物治疗兔单纯疱疹性角膜炎（ＨＳＫ）预防复发。方法给兔接种ＨＳＶ前１０天应用ｒｈＩＬ２提高免疫功能治疗，待形成ＨＳＫ后配合常规药物治疗，同时设对照组。应用ＰＣＲ技术检测观察兔感染ＨＳＶ１体内动态变化，依据ＨＳＫ诊断标准观察其疗效。结果实验组与对照组相比有延长潜伏感染期、发病轻、病程短、恢复快，ＨＳＶ在三叉神经节潜伏率低。结论应用ｒｈＩＬ２能治疗兔ＨＳＫ和预防复发，无不良反应。
ObjectiveTotreatherpessimplexkeratitis(HSK)withrhIL2combinedwithroutinemedicinesandtoprotectfromrecurrence.MethodsTheimmunityofrabbitswasreinforcedwithrhIL2for10dbeforeinoculatingwithHSV.AftersufferingfromHSK,theyweretreatedbyusingrhIL2combinedwithroutinemedicines.Atthesametime,controlgroupswereset.ThentoexaminethetrendsvaryofHSVinrabbitsbyPCRandobservethecurativeeffectbythediagnosticstandardofHSK.ResultsTheincubationperiodprolonged,thesymptomisslighter,theillnesscourseisshorterandrecoveringmorequicklyintheexperimentgroupsthanthoseinthecontrolgroups.TheincubationrateofHSVinganglionsemilunareisalsolowerintheexperimentgroupsthanthatinthecontrolgroups.ConclusionUsingrhIL2couldtreatrabbitwithHSKandprotectfromrecurrence.Ithasnosideeffects,andcanobtainasatisfyingeffects.
