摘要
为克服单纯理论教学的弊端,阐述了模拟仿真教学的重要意义,指出模拟仿真教学已经成为现代指挥人才培训的重要方法,总结分析了多个期班模拟教学的方法和实践,提出了以转变教学观念统一思想认识、以拓展教学层次深化模拟仿真教学、以教学为牵引促进运筹学科建设发展等建议.
In order to overcome the drawback of pure theoretical teaching,this article addresses the significance of simulation teaching,points out that the simulation teaching has been one of the most important methods for todays commander training,outlines the methods of simulation teaching and practice in various classes and terms,and suggests that the thinking be unified by changing teaching idea,the simulation teaching intensified by expanding the teaching levels,and the discipline construction and development of operations research boosted by taking the teaching as a leading,etc.
