摘要
基于教学团队评价的意义、评价指标选取的原则和教育部对本科教学团队的基本要求,从团队规模、团队结构、团队带头人、教学工作、教学研究、团队运行保障六大方面,初步构建起包括6个一级指标、19个二级指标和40个三级指标在内的高校本科教学团队的评价指标体系,以期为教育相关部门评估高校本科教学团队提供参考依据。
In view of the significance of teaching-term evaluation,the principles of selecting evaluation index and the requirement on undergraduate teaching-team by the MOE,an undergraduate teaching-term index system consisting of 6 first-class indexes,19 second-class indexes and 40 third-class indexes were proposed in consideration of team size,team structure,team leader,teaching work,teaching research and team operation and guarantee,for the purpose of providing reference data for the MOE＇s tertiary educational appraisal on teaching-team.
