摘要
当前我国农业正处于由传统农业向现代农业过渡转型的关键时期。培养大批职业化新型农民,是发展现代农业、全面推进社会主义新农村建设的迫切需求。近年来,国家出台了一系列有关农村教育的政策文件,为农民教育事业发展提供了政策保障。农民职业教育经过几十年的发展,已经取得了长足的进步,但同时也面临着诸如资金投入不足、政策支持和保障措施缺位、教育资源结构不合理、机制依然不活等问题。推动农民职业教育科学发展,可以从以下几方面入手:一是加大对农民职业教育的政策和资金支持力度,二是科学确定职业农民的培养目标和任务,遵循职业农民成长规律和特点,三是探索建立适合农民的职业教育方式方法,四是充分发挥现代远程教育的作用。
At present,the agriculture of China is experiencing the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.The modern agricultural development and the construction of the new socialist countryside necessitate the training of a large number of professional farmers.In recent years,a series of policies guaranteeing rural education are made by the central government and a great progress is made in the vocational education on farmers with a history of several decades.However,the education is confronted with many problems such as insufficient funding,absent policy support and guarantee measures,irrational distribution of educational resources,and rigid system.The present paper offered the following countermeasures：enhancing the policy and funding support,defining the professional farmers training objectives and tasks,observing the laws for the growth of professional farmers,finding out the teaching methods suitable for farmers,and giving a full play to the modern distant education technique.
