摘要
用枯落物浸提液生物鉴定的方法,研究了铁芒萁叶浸提对猴樟幼苗生长的化感影响。结果表明,各处理对受体幼苗地径、苗高生长的影响均表现出低促高抑的作用趋势,其中以0.000 1g/mL对地径、苗高的促进作用最明显;对幼苗地上、地下部干重均产生不同程度的抑制效应,且抑制效应随浸提液浓度的升高,有逐渐增强的趋势,对幼苗主根长度的影响则表现出高促低抑的趋势,方差分析表明各处理除0.001g/mL对地上部干重影响与对照之间差异显著外,其它各处理差异不显著。
Through the Dicranopteris linearis on organism measure method with litter extract solution, the allelopathy effect of seedling growth of Cinnamomum bodinieri was studied. The results showed that the growth of ground diameter and shoot height at each treatment from the extract of Dicranopteris linearis showed a tendency of promotion in low concentration and inhibition in high concentration. The promotion of 0. 000 1 g/mL on diameter and height role was the most obvious. The allelopathy affected the dry weight aboveground and underground. The solution extracted from Dicranopteris linearis had different inhibitory effects. As the concentration of extracts became great, the suppression increased. The effect on the length of main roots of Dicranopteris linearis extract had the tendency of promotion in high concentration and inhibition in low concentration. The analysis of variance showed that there were no significant differences frome each treatment, except for difference between 0.001 g/mL and CK effect on shoot dry weight.
