摘要
USB存储式煤层气原位探测仪用于原位检测煤层气的浓度、压力和温度。检测电路以ATmega8单片机为核心,电池供电,霍尔磁钢控制启动。橡胶座封后原位测得压力和温度数据系列,结合系列各点的测量时间,存于U盘;采用专用机械集气瓶收集煤层气,待实验室分析成分、浓度等参数。试验表明,仪器可稳定工作,基本满足工程要求。
UBS memorizing in-situ CBM detector is used to detect the concentration,pressure and temperature of in-situ CBM.The detector,with a ATmega8 chip as the core of the detection circuit,is powered by batteries and started by Hall alnico.After the rubber is set,detected in-situ gas pressure,temperature and detection time are saved in UBS.Gas is col-lected in special canisters for analysis of gas composition and concentration in lab.The experiments showed that the de-tector operated stably and could meet the engineering requirements.
