摘要
介绍了一种用于铝合金铸件三价铬本色钝化液及其钝化工艺。简述了钝化的机理、工艺流程、槽液管理、钝化条件及对表调、水洗、烫干、吹水等工序的控制,同时也介绍了商品化压铸铝合金三价铬本色钝化液的选择。
The trivalent chromium nature color passivation solution and the passivation production process for aluminum alloy castings are presented. The passivation mechanism, the production process, the management of passivation bath and the working condition for passivation are indicated. The controls of processes such as surface adjustment, water rinse, hot water drying and water blowing are also introduced. Furthermore, how to choose commercial trivalent chromium nature color passivation solution for aluminum alloy castings is put forward.
