摘要
保障合理的生态基流是维护河流健康的基础,是有序、可持续利用流域水资源的前提。采用Tennant法、最小月90%保证率平均流量设定法(Q90)以及最近10 a最小月平均径流量法分别计算汉江各控制断面的生态基流量。根据汉江流域生态环境保护需要,以及各方法计算结果,确定汉江流域武侯镇、石泉、白河、皇家港及皇庄等控制断面的生态基流分别为3,28,76,174,200 m3/s。
Ensuring rational ecological basic flow is a basis for maintaining a river health,and also the premise of rational,sustainable utilization of water resources.We calculate the ecological basic flow of several control sections of the Hanjiang River by Tennant method,minimum monthly-runoff at 90% guarantee rate,and minimum monthly mean discharge in later 10 years.Through considering the ecological protection requirement of Hanjinag River and comparing the results calculated by the mentioned methods,we determined that the ecological basic flows at control sections of Wuhouzhen,Shiquan,Baihe,Huangjiagang and Huangzhuang are respectively 3,28,76,174,200 m3/s.
