摘要
目的观察心理护理干预对自然分娩初产妇的影响,探讨提高自然分娩质量的护理方式。方法 选择自然分娩初产妇120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采取常规专科护理方式,观察组在常规专科护理的基础上加行心理护理干预。比较2组产妇分娩疼痛情况及产程时间。结果 观察组良好率为78.3%高于对照组的61.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第一、二、三产程及总产程时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理干预对提高自然分娩初产妇分娩的质量具有重要的积极意义,值得广泛推广。
Objective To observe the effect of the psychological nursing intervention on natural childbirth primipara,and discuss the nursing methods to improve the quality of natural childbirth.Methods 120 cases of natural childbirth primipara were divided into control group and observation group randomly,each of 60 cases.Control group were nursed by routine specialist care,observation group were nursed by routine specialist care and psychological nursing intervention.Compared the instance of labor pain and the length of labor.Results The clinical effect rate of observation group（78.3%）was higher than that of control group（61.7%）,there was a significant statistical significance（P0.05）.The first,second and third stage of labor and total labor duration of observation group were shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention is important positive significance to improve the quality of natural childbirth,it is worthy to be widely promoted.
