摘要
将电子光学正则像差的李代数理论应用到复合磁聚焦-偏转系统。运用这一新型代数工具,同时利用计算机代数的符号推导功能,推导出了复合系统的高斯光学性质和在任意观察平面的全部三级正则位置像差和正则动量像差。结果完整且形式简洁,与传统的逐次近似像差理论一致。李代数方法对于高性能扫描探针系统的设计与研究提供了一种新型有效的理论工具。
Based on the Lie algebraic theory of electron optical canonical
aberrations,with the aid of computer symbolic processor,the Gaussian optical properties and all
third order canonical position and momentum aberrations (at arbitrary observation planes) of
the combined magnetic focusing deflection systems, are derived. The results are complete with
concise forms, in agreement with those obtained by the conventional aberration theory. The
developed Lie algebraic theory offers a new and effective theoretical tool in the design of high
performance scanning probe systens.
