摘要
以概率风险评价的方法,研究了在发生核事故的情况下,撤离措施的必要性及其规模范围对放射性释放源项和剂量干预水平的依赖关系,并研究了在目前轻水堆核电站的事故释放源项下,惰性气体放射性核素释放对撤离措施的决策可能产生的影响。
The dependence of the probability and extent of implementing
evacuation on source terms and dose intervention level after nuclear accidents has been
studied in a probabilistic framework,emphasizing the releases of noble gases and other
important radionuclides like iodine, cesium as well as tellurium. In addition, the influence of
noble gas release from light water reactors on the decision making of evacuation has also
been considered in this paper.
