摘要
为推进我国科技期刊的改革发展,联系高校科技期刊实际,对改革中的一些热点、疑点、难点问题提出了看法。认为目前的期刊生态、期刊格局、期刊运作方式要借改革的东风,有所突破,有所作为,有所变革。期刊改革应坚持分类对待,分步实施,循序渐进,突出重点等原则,科学安排培育市场主体。
For the purpose of further promoting the reform and development of Chinese STM journal,combining with the concrete situation,the author puts forward some viewpoints on the hot topics,questionable issues and difficult tasks in the reform.The author holds that under the overall reform trend,the ecology,structure and management methods and models of the STM journals should make some new breakthroughs,achieve some new successes,and have some new changes.The reform of the journals should abide by the following principles： classified treatment,step by step implementation,proceeding in an orderly way,and giving prominence to key areas.The authors finally points out that the main parts of the journal publishing market should be fostered reasonably.
