摘要
影响紫外、可见分光光度计测量误差的因素很多,杂散光是误差主要来源之一。本文分析杂散光对该仪器测量结果准确性的影响,介绍杂散光的检定方法,以及减小杂散光的措施。
There are a number of factors that affect the measurement error of ultraviolet-visible spectrophoto-meter.In those factors,the stray light is very important.In this paper,the effect of stray light on the accuracy of measurement instruments has been analyzed,the verification methods of stray light and the steps reducing the stray light have also been introduced.
