摘要
为了扩展紫胶蜡的应用形式,利用Shah法制备纳米紫胶蜡乳液。通过单因素实验对纳米紫胶蜡乳液制备工艺中的各个影响因素进行选择,从中选取对纳米紫胶蜡乳液粒径影响较大的3个因素:乳化剂中三乙醇胺配比、转速、乳化温度进行进一步的优化,根据Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计原理,采用响应曲面法以平均粒径为响应值作响应面和等值曲线,得出最佳工艺条件为:阴离子乳化剂质量分数15.9%、转速890 r/min、乳化温度90℃,在优化条件下制得的乳液平均粒径为30.5 nm,且具有良好的分散性和稳定性。
Through the prepared nano-shellac-wax emulsions by the Shah method,we expand the scope of the application of shellac wax.By the way of single factor experiment,we choose those factors and levels.The average particle size of the emulsion was optimized through the response surface method with the three factors based on the principle of Box-Behnken design.Results showed that the optimal average particle,the optimal experimental conditions are 30.5 nm,15.9%,890 r/min,90 ℃,respectively.The particle size,distribution and stability of shellac-wax emulsions are investigated with the laser granularity analyzer.The average particle size of shellac-wax emulsions are less than 50 nm with a good distribution.
